Engineered footings and anchor bolts set true. Before a single column rises, we make sure what is under it will carry it for decades.

02Columns — hangars · factories · warehouses

Steel frames made in our own workshop.

Columns and rafters are cut and welded in our workshop while the foundations are prepared on site, so erection starts as soon as they are ready.

03The raise — frames & ridge

Quality doesn't mean slow.

Raising day: frame after frame, every bolted joint torqued to spec. The red ridge on top is our signature.

04Purlins & bracing

Built with an engineer's eye.

Purlins, wind bracing and calculated load paths. Our engineers are on site, not just at the desk.

05Cladding & handover

From the foundation to the last bolt.

Sandwich-panel cladding, sliding doors and a sign with your name on it. We hand the building over ready to work.

From sheet to can.

A tinplate sheet is cut, rolled and seamed on one tuned line. Oil and paint cans in your size, colour and print, at a capacity that keeps up with the market.

Speed

Quality doesn't wait.

In steel construction the workshop fabrication and the site foundations run in parallel, which shortens the project compared with conventional building. The actual duration depends on the size and design of the structure.
